I created this for EIC, an ESL company in China. They slightly edited my version, and Chinese team members added the translation. I created the explanations and exercises. 

Each lesson in our low level TOEFL writing book started with a grammar practice. It was a writing class, not a grammar class, so the overall goal was to help them expand their sentence variety.

(note: Instructions are all in Chinese. You should be able to highlight them and use Google translate, but honestly you’ll probably get the idea for most exercises just by seeing the questions.)
